Sunday, May 7, 2023 - Opened and slow ox’d (screw cap), with slight change over several days. Pale yellow color. Cat pee, grass, pineapple on the nose (with more transition to cat pee by day4). Grapefruit rind, pomelo, hint of pineapple and petrol, about 35-40 sec finish. Not my favorite style of sauvignon blanc but represents around the pinnacle of this style and does pair well with seafood. Decent QPR but not crazy about watching these prices creep up annually.
