Monday, April 25, 2022 - (Disgorged in 2020, 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay)
Lovely incipient maturity on the nose showing, marzipan, red apples, minerals and a touch of tropical notes in a very pleasant way. Nice and pleasant citrus acidity on the intense palate with a smoothing lime zesty bitterness on the finish. This has opened up well, but should reward some further cellaring so that the body will fill out and the finish will show some more intensity..
