Thursday, July 20, 2023 - Day 1: A bit tight and not showing what it did in previous bottles. Strawberry, earth, minerals and spiced. Medium finish. 87 points
Day 2: Brilliant and open for business. Strawberry, raspberries, spice, rose petals, dust, minerals and forest floor. Much more enjoyable than day 1 and medium plus finish. 92 points
Recommendation: Decant 3 hours on day 1 or hold as this will drink well through 2028.
