Sunday, November 21, 2021 - 81% pinot noir,19% chardonnay. Excellent profile, lending structure to make this very food friendly. Nose has pineapple, apple, honey, brioche. Very fine bubbles bursting on palate with brioche, lemon, dried pineapple, honey suckle, and white peach. Really enjoyable and should improve with more bottle aging. We live the oxidative notes of older Scramsbergs.
