Sunday, April 17, 2022 - On the nose- Ripe orchard fruit, fresh pear skin, green apples, key lime, peaches, honeysuckle, fresh crème, fresh brioche, fresh honey, wild flowers

On the palate- Ripe orchard fruit and fresh pear skin, green apples and key lime, peaches and honeysuckle, fresh crème and fresh brioche, fresh honey and wild flowers. The finish is rich and broad but tight knit with great acidity holding everything together. This is drinking KILLER now but could age another decade with no problem at all.
