Wednesday, January 7, 2015 - Deep garnet color. Essence of tabacco, licorice, chocolate, pencil lead and toast. Really nice layers of toast, ripe figs, blackberries and currant. Very soft tannins. The last few bottles in our cellar should be consumed within the year.
