Saturday, October 10, 2020 - Semillon/ Sauvignon blend
Strong green nose, peppers and cut grass
Clean and fresh on the palate, green peppers under control, with lemony fruity and some creamy leesy texture. No oak.
This is quite nice. Exuberant green character is u Ms we control. I reckon it’ll be a bit mellower in six months or so.
