Thursday, April 20, 2023 - Stitching itself together nicely after a two hour decant. Reassessing my window here. Prime time might be around 2025 and still really good and powerful now. Fruit is just a touch over ripe on day two, but still plenty of structure. Thinking long term window might be around 2030 for my palate.
