Monday, October 23, 2023 - I'm a big fan of Tokaji and Sauternes. This isn't close to the same quality as one. Butterscotch, apricot jam and a bit of honey. The acidity is unbalanced and the sweetness gets overbearing quickly. I feel like this is a tad overhyped but I am willing to look into other vintages before I completely shut down the idea of botrytised semillion from Australia.
