Friday, January 13, 2023 - Not the most robust Pinita, but this is some crafty wine making and a sure shot for an enjoyable wine to put on the table for everyone. There is unmistakable quality, without the need to fuss and and ooh and ahh...So, very easy to understand and enjoy while chatting with friends.

If blind, it points me to a hot vintage St. Emilion or a Cotes de Bourg in their youth. I would say that this is 2003 Right Bank Bordeaux profile after 7 years of aging, plus some very crafty woodwork. Roasted plums and black figs swimming in a red coffee laden potion with hints of vanilla. A bit of thin-ness of the fruit tells me not to hold this too long. I say drink now and over 5 years...Drink
