Sunday, September 4, 2022 - (Mostly) Spanish dinner (Chicago, IL): Comes across a little strong with its acidity. A distinct note of American oak dill, as well as a good amount of earthiness too. The fruit and tannins are still quite primary, and I think this will get better with time in the bottle.
