Monday, February 16, 2015 - Ruby clear color, old world in appearance. Bing cherry, tar, anise, and dried lingonberry in the nose. Clean and elegant mouth feel, with good tannin but not overbearing. On the palate more red cherry, red cranberry, some orange peel, wet stone and clove. Well made but lacking some roundness on this bottle.
