Saturday, December 2, 2017 - Tasted blind. Soft, very woody, and slightly herbal nose. Layered fruit with sprinkles of cracked black pepper throughout. Complex fruit; plummy on the surface with dark cherry at the core. This really blossomed after an hour. Should have a long life ahead of it, and the oak should further integrate.
