Sunday, May 15, 2016 - Red licorice and strawberry pie on the nose. Prominent black cherry on the palate with a finish that feels a little hot. Still some zesty acidity present with mellow tannins still discernible. My guess is that it has recently crossed over to the other side of the hill but is still very good. Needs some red meat to accompany it.
