Sunday, January 24, 2021 - Tried the 2018. Still very young and really needs some bottle aging. Nice fruit notes but flavors are still forming and the mouth feel is light to my tastes. It will age well, but I feel will not obtain some of the depth seen in other competitive Cabs. Personally, I think the Ciel du Cheval will prove the better wine from Seven Hills for 2018.
