Friday, March 15, 2024 - Not gonna rate this because it is just too young. FWIW I didn’t find this terribly buttery — and we had this with popcorn. It is a big CA chard, but it’s not overripe or flabby. This had a ferocious pithy/ mineral taste to it along with lemon and light floral aromas.
I’m going to leave my other bottle for several years before I try this again.
