Monday, April 1, 2024 - Intense at first, but with a little time, this is a very drinkable lovely red. Looks very dark purple in the glass, smells of plum and white pepper. Drinking it and it’s peppery, notes of red plum leading to a slightly spicy finish. Very good with a steak off the grill and great bang for your buck.
