Sunday, January 3, 2021 - Wine is very Cab characteristic in flavor and texture. Tannins first hit your palate, then a burst of black fruit, then a little of the Eucalyptus at he end of the finish. Holds up to a lot of foods. Had with Cornish game hens, smoked with a Thyme/Rosemary herb butter. Wonderful match
