Thursday, February 9, 2023 - Definitely notes of mineral, slate, wet rock - in a very good way. Light, well-integrated, and a delicious match for food (paired surprisingly well with the salmon and rice), I would definitely look for this again. I liked the Trebbiano / Chardonnay blend (70% / 30%).
