Friday, July 1, 2022 - My last bottle of this and it was timely. Although still in its peak drinking window, it probably is better to be consuming this in the nearer term. Taste profile is as per previous notes, but the fruit is beginning to recede and exposing some harsher notes. This just needs to be popped and poured.
