Thursday, November 18, 2021 - Maybe I get a bit carried away by this score, but as for tonight this wine seriously has everything I tend to look for in Beaujolais. Sour cherries, raspberries, tart cherry stones. Flowers, black tea and green peppercorns add a little complexity to the fruity profile. The taste is juicy, with a lush and vibrant acidity, low tannins and zero alcohol spikes. I’m a fan. Happy Beaujolais Nouveau out there…
