Wednesday, March 8, 2023 - Fresh and fruity Syrah from Languedoc-Roussillon, vines at 600 meters of altitude, aged for 6 months in stainless steel. Deep ruby colour. Medium intensity aroma of fresh blackberries, plums, blackcurrants, liquorice, hint of tar and vanilla. Full body, rich and concentrated with quite homogenous persistent fresh black fruit flavours, medium acidity, powdery tannins, concludes with fruity and bitter finish.
