Thursday, January 25, 2024 - Really loved this wine. Crisp, acidity spot on and refreshing with some depth. Notes of Green apple, lemon with stone minerality.
I'm beginning to appreciate Burgundy whites & specifically Chablis. There's a depth that provides a hint of some potential oak, but nothing in your face, at all.
