Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Bright citrus, lemon, lemon grass. Classic lychee and petrol. Touch of minerality. Insane balance from start to finish. Just an all around beauty of an Alsace grand cru. Paired perfectly with Nashville hot chicken. 94
