Monday, April 14, 2008 - Beautiful dark garnet color. Nose has a hint of Oregon pinot funk, black raspberry and mint. Palate teases with dark cherry and those raspberries, but there is no weight at all to this wine. This is a surprisingly thin wine. There are noticeable tannins, but once they arrive there is no more fruit. The finish is very short. This wine is quite drinkable, but for $23, a definite PASS.
