Friday, January 27, 2023 - Last bottle I drank a year ago… What a difference! 5hrs decant did well. Nose: warm, ripe and sweet cherry as well as some plum. Nice spices (cinnamon, sligt pepper) and hints of flowers (roses). Palate: red fruit but more primary/younger. Long after taste (hints of coffee). Tannins integrated well. Clearly in the drinking window (but needs decant). Super QPR relative to other GC „les Cazetiers“. An great gem! Buy, if you still find!
