Monday, July 3, 2023 - Fruity, mineral, floral, this has it all. Rich palate with a bit of texture, this has loads of savory pear, grapefruit, floral herbs, a little bit of chablis-like chalky minerality, this is great. Drinking in a really fresh spot right now, opens up and softens a bit over the course of several days. Wish I had more.
