Wednesday, July 4, 2007 - Pretty dark ruby color. Aromatically, this shows closed, but with some air, cherry, tree bark and rainy forest (damp earth) smells make an appearance. Focused red fruit profile that is laced with some earthy truffle and a hint of spice on the finish. Very good, but I suspect too early to judge definitively.
