Sunday, January 3, 2021 - Just smelling it makes you happy. Fruit-driven wine. Clean. Yellow pear, bruised apples, star fruit and melon. Dry with a fresh medium plus acidity that completes the balance on the palate. Medium finish with a lingering acidity. Drinks well already. Have it as it is or with sweet/salty food.
