Wednesday, November 2, 2022 - Decanted to dissolve a hint of carbon dioxide. Light as feather in every respect, except in flavour intensity. Spiced strawberries and flowers, cool mountain air, bright minerality, dry but juicy, fresh and flowing, mild tannins, finish with a hint of green apple, very good resonance and length. Not made with ageing in mind I think. It is what it is - and I love it. Drink soon(ish).
