Friday, February 26, 2021 - Pale straw in color with the barest green tinge. Peach gummy rings, green apple, honey, lemon, and green onion on the nose. Green apple, lime, and honey on the palate. Lively acidity and a very slight effervescence that provides a bit of body and enhances the crispness on the palate. Malic acidity, lime zest, and the barest hint of onion on a short lived finish.
