Thursday, May 31, 2018 - Color: dark amber, yellow rim. Nose: citrus, honey, Thai fish sauce, wood, tree sap, some rubber. Attack: lemons, raisins, Halls cough drops. Mid-palate: lemon pith, sardines. Ever-changing finish: walnuts, salted meats, molasses. Thin body. Long, complex length.
