Tuesday, March 8, 2022 - Pours a light gold in the glass and let it sit for an hour before having with a butter and sage gnocchi and butter milk roast chicken.

On the nose: bruised apples, pears, and a toasty brioche note

On the palate: this chardonnay carries a lot of weight despite no hint of oak showing up. The acidity is great with Meyer lemons, Honeycrisp apples and hint of spice and nuttiness.
