Thursday, December 4, 2014 - Still dark red, rim with a bit if brown. Sediment not coagulated. Great nose. Full and smooth at the front of the mouth. Quite a lot of tannin on finish. Tobacco leaf, spiced plum and blackcurrant. Savoury. Benefits from two hours breathing.
