Tuesday, November 1, 2022 - PnP with a shake decant. A little reticent at first but improved with 30 min of air.

I could not keep my nose out of the glass — fresh evergreen and pine forest, baking spices, intense perfume.

Unfortunately the palate was subdued - a bit of candied dark fruit and that was about it.

Nose was a 94, palate was a 90.

Not much development over 2 hr of drinking. Likely user error for lack of a proper decant or more aging.
