Monday, April 8, 2024 - Pnp. Medium yellow-lime in colour. Nose of semi-sweet yellow fruits with a hint of lemon cake and a touch of flint. On the palate, similar tasting profile as the aromas along with a touch of sweet peaches, limes, and raw almonds; quite complex and unctuous. Medium+ bodied with a medium+ finish. Served with grilled salmon.
