Monday, May 26, 2008 - Pale gold color. Nose of citrus and grass. Medium concentration. Tastes of grapefruit and grasses. Somewhat acidic by itself. Went well with the sushi we had with it. Wine was a great foil for the salmon,snapper, fluke and clam.
