Thursday, September 16, 2021 - On the nose : lemon curd, lemon zest, a hint of toastiness and ginger.
On the palate: fantastic complexity, creamy structure, and nice acidity. Notes of lime, lime zest, hints of butteriness and nice minerality. Great wine from hidden bench.
