Saturday, April 13, 2024 - Rich, waxy orchard fruit but isn't overdone or too ripe. Crushed stone minerality and a nice line of acidity keeps it all together. Maybe some slight floral notes and a bit of ginger snap underneath. This is good to go now but should drink well for a while. This had a Diam 10 closure.
