Saturday, July 5, 2014 - Popped, poured and enjoyed with a simple supper of grilled chicken and truffle & herb polenta. Aromas of red berries, violets, cherries and rose petals. Light-bodied with flavors of cherry, clay, florals and mineral. Subtle earth undertones on the nose and palate. Light, pretty and elegant. Having a slight austerity on its own, this is best consumed with a meal. 89 for me, 90 for Domino. Drink over the near term.
