Tuesday, July 18, 2023 - From the nose emerge some diffuse notes of wood, then the fruit appears on grapefruit and lemon. It's very pure.

Mouth with a very pleasant touch, there is fat, a nice juice served by a nice acidity which gives a coherent balance. With aeration it develops, the purity of the fruit gives way to an opulence which will still remain discreet because of the youth of the wine. Nice finish, fresh and toasted.

A convincing Puligny, which still gives a lot of pleasure and which will make a beautiful bottle in 5 years.
