Thursday, October 7, 2021 - 2019 Domaine des Malandes at Dear Margaret (Chicago, IL): Similar in character to the Montmains, but with a sweeter fruit profile that's quite nice. The fruit comes across as a little darker and deeper, but there's a little more raciness to balance it out. There's also a slight hint of neutral oak influence here, that gives this a rounder palate texture.
