Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Faintly ripe aromatics, but this easily manages to avoid anything flabby. Mostly lean lemon and lemon with good enough weight, better length, and very good brightness from start-to-finish. While this is certainly on the simpler side for Chablis 1er Cru, it is textbook Chablis from a vintage where many others failed that metric.
