Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Opened this on a whim after some light chilling.

On the nose, sharp citrus and wood notes. Initial sips were Lemon peel, sour Apple and grass clippings. Some honey, pear and petrol as this opened up. Good minerality and length on the finish.

Oily texture, refreshing acidity, dry and fairly full bodied. This is a solid Chablis that held up nicely. Will sip again and look for a pairing to accompany the next bottle.
