Friday, August 11, 2023 - Pale lemon in colour with somewhat restrained aromas of citrus, blossoms, apple & minerality. On the palate, medium bodied tart citrus, lemon curd, lime, apple, floral, saline, medium to high acidity with a long finish to tart citrus & chalky minerality. Lovely, simple, crisp & fresh! I’ve never met a Chablis I didn’t love!
