Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Method: tasted at the domaine

Nose: cherry, clove, tree bark

Palate: cherry, bark; medium+ finish of black licorice, dried herbs, light medicinal note; dry; medium body; medium to medium+ fine but drying tannin; high- acidity

Overall thoughts: Nicer and interested complexity, but the tannins/structure aren't what I'm looking for, especially in Pinot.
