Saturday, December 16, 2023 - Nose of blackberry mushrooms and pepper. Vibrant dark fruit taste upfront with an earthy rising middle and long vegetal finish. It’s a little tight / narrow tasting right now and imagine it‘ll open a bit in 4-5 years.
