Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Pale straw appearance. Pronounced intensity on the nose - a carousel of lemon, tangerine, pear, melon, lychee, honeysuckle, grass, wet stone. Palate is the same as nose. Medium+ body with very vibrant acidity. Finish is LONG.

This is a top notch Sancerre with complex and explosive aroma + flavor. Seek this out.
