Monday, September 4, 2023 - Beautiful nose tertiary driven cigar box, tobacco leaf, oak and pine wood nose. Some blackcurrant and cherry. Palate lovely concentrated cassis, underripe raspberry, lovely cedar and tobacco tertiary. Great vibrancy and acidic balance. Lovely structure and a long finish showing all the complexity.

Simply wonderful. Unanimously the wine of the night.
