Saturday, January 16, 2010 - Rich, extracted Syrah with a slightly sweet nose of candied plums. This is not a light wine, but one that is full of body, but the tannins start overtaking the fruit mid taste. I don't think there is a lot of complexity in these wines, but they sure make a statement of fruit intensity.
